The Quality Policy is communicated to all employees through orientation, various communications, and ongoing internal audits. We discuss the continuing suitability of the Quality Policy at each management review. Truland Systems Corporation strives for continual improvement in all processes.

Quality Objectives

We establish quality objectives at appropriate levels of the organization. Each level establishes the quality objectives based on our core purpose and core values. The quality objectives are measurable and are analyzed at management reviews.  Globally, our quality objectives are as follows:

• Project completion on time
• Project completion within budget
• Project completion in a safe manner

The Truland Quality Control program addresses all aspects of the work that Truland performs, providing uniform procedures and tools for our associates to use in providing direct service to our clients as well as performing support functions such as purchasing and accounting.  This program assures achievement of design intent, system reliability, and conformance to codes and standards; and facilitates uniform craftsmanship and work results from craftsman to craftsman and project to project.
