ISO 9001:2000 Certification:
In keeping with our tradition of providing the highest quality standards, we originally pursued and successfully obtained ISO 9002:1994 Certification in March 2002. We then successfully upgraded to the ISO 9001:2000 Certification in December 2003.
Registration provides objective proof that Truland has implemented an effective quality management system and that it satisfies all of the requirements of the ISO 9001:2002 standard. Regular audits, both by internal personnel as well as our third party registrar, Perry Johnson Registrars, are conducted to ensure that quality policies are followed in all aspects that affect our clients.
